Workspace call summary KPIs (today)

GET/v1/reports/summary/calls

Aggregated call metrics for the **current day**, aligned with the dashboard `GET /api/v1/metrics/dashboard/summary` per-queue data and the same client-side aggregation rules (`summaryTotals`, `inboundCalls`, `outboundCalls`). When `queue` is omitted, includes all queues permitted for the workspace. No date range parameters — window is always today (server local day / same as dashboard SQL). Private upstream path: `/v1/reports/summary/calls`.
