GET/v1/reports/answered/summary
Answered aggregate KPIs
Workspace answered-call summary for the selected date/time window, queues, and agents. Response uses **snake_case** integer seconds for talk/wait averages; legacy `GET /api/v1/metrics/answered/summary` uses camelCase and HH:MM:SS strings. Private upstream path: `/v1/reports/answered/summary`.
